Nick was amazing, very informative and friendly. His team was great as well. Completed work on time. Nick took the time to really explain the warranties and the maintenance plan. I never felt that Nick was ever “pushy” regarding what was needed to repair my AC unit.

They came out and fixed our problem right away when our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year! Even gave some tips and advice for maintaining the furnace which was great since we are new homeowners! Definitely will be calling them again for any HVAC needs.

Had another great experience with American Heritage in August 2023. Called them due to temp not dropping to the set temp in thermostats and they picked up the phone on Sunday like a pro. Turned out to be dirty air filters (oops) and Nick explained about aging AC units. Super reliable, not sales driven but customer driven service with a lot of valuable information about potential replacement of our units in the future (our units are about 10 years old). Thank you, Nick and we will be back!

I had American Heritage Air out this morning because my house was freezing. They came out within the hour and had my furnace up and running. I’m so thankful that my house is warm before the next cold front comes in. The technician was great, very knowledgeable, and office staff was so friendly.
