Had to replace an entire unit and American Heritage handled it all quickly and efficiently within a couple days of coming out to inspect and assess my issue. The technician was courteous and explained what he was going to do pre install and afterwards walked me through what he did and even shared potential issues that I may experience down the road based on my existing equipment in the attic. Over all, I was pleased with the entire experience start to finish! Will use American Heritage again next time I have HVAC needs!

I had American Heritage Air out this morning because my house was freezing. They came out within the hour and had my furnace up and running. I’m so thankful that my house is warm before the next cold front comes in. The technician was great, very knowledgeable, and office staff was so friendly.

Our ac system was down and American Heritage Air replaced our evaporator coil. They replaced it quickly which allowed me not to miss any of my daily functions. I was also impressed with the tecnical knowledgeable of the tech and made me feel 100 comfortable I chose the right company.
I had my AC repaired. They were able to come out the same day. Nick, my technician, was polite, professional, and respectful. He wore shoe coverings in the house AND was super friendly with my dogs. HIGHLY recommend!
There was a part on the new furnace that needs to be replaced, they arranged for there service technician to come out and replace the defective part. Hopefully the service department is as good as the techs and I get the part installed in a timely manor.
