When I needed a new HVAC system quickly American Heritage installed a new system 2 days later for a much smaller price than large companies in this area. This company is top notch, professional, and a local family business. I highly recommend them.

Had another great experience with American Heritage in August 2023. Called them due to temp not dropping to the set temp in thermostats and they picked up the phone on Sunday like a pro. Turned out to be dirty air filters (oops) and Nick explained about aging AC units. Super reliable, not sales driven but customer driven service with a lot of valuable information about potential replacement of our units in the future (our units are about 10 years old). Thank you, Nick and we will be back!
There was a part on the new furnace that needs to be replaced, they arranged for there service technician to come out and replace the defective part. Hopefully the service department is as good as the techs and I get the part installed in a timely manor.
I have dealt professionally with Sabrina for many years. She is an excellent communicator and she honors her word to the letter. Her follow-up and follow-through are what I am most impressed with. She and her company exhibit the utmost in integrity!
Our cooler did not work and we checked it with other handy mans too. They could not fix it but Nick was great. He was very punctual and gave us a good price. I recommend him.
