Had to replace an entire unit and American Heritage handled it all quickly and efficiently within a couple days of coming out to inspect and assess my issue. The technician was courteous and explained what he was going to do pre install and afterwards walked me through what he did and even shared potential issues that I may experience down the road based on my existing equipment in the attic.
