H/o called for their spring maintenance. We replaced his UV armaflex that had discentigrated. HVAC System is now protected and cooling better.
I called American Heritage this week because my heating system was not working. They answered my phone right away and sent over a technician that same day. Owen, was professional, explained all the details, and fixed everything. It was a very quick and straight forward experience with no hassles. I will use American Heritage again.

Potential home buyer called us to inspect the two Lennox HVAC systems. The upstairs and downstairs units have a severe leaks in the evaporator coils. Both units will need to be replaced. Buyer is having us replace units after they close on home.
Homeowner called stated his upstairs unit was not cooling. Upon diagnosis found system completely empty of refrigerant. We pressurized the AC unit and found the evaporator coil was leaking beyond repair. The evaporator coil needs to be replaced.
Homeowner reported heater not reaching temp. We cleaned the flame sensor in the furnace and replaced his old thermostat with a T1 Honeywell Programmable Thermostat. Unit is now up and running and heating well.
