H/o called upstairs unit was not cooling. There was a non repairable leak in the evaporator coil, homeowner decide to replace outside condenser and evaporator coil. HVAC System U is running beautifully now.

Homeowner called and stated upstairs ac unit was not cooling. Diagnosed 10 year old system and found compressor was tripping breaker and grounded. Replaced upstairs 4 Ton HVAC unit with a new American Standard unit.
Homeowner called and her only unt was not cooling. Her evaporator coil was completely frozen and was leaking in several areas. We replaced her 2008 TRANE HVAC system with a new 4 ton American Standard unit.
Homeowner called stated ac system was not cooling upon inspection found downstairs a/c to be low on refrigerant and a leak on the service valve because service cap was left off from prior company. Replaced service caps and added 2 lbs of 410A. System is cooling and functioning properly.
Down stairs unit not cooling. After diagnosis, found leak in evaporator coil. Our American Heritage install crew replaced coil and system is cooling and running well.
