Nick was amazing, very informative and friendly. His team was great as well. Completed work on time. Nick took the time to really explain the warranties and the maintenance plan. I never felt that Nick was ever “pushy” regarding what was needed to repair my AC unit.
The only company to respond to an emergency call on a Sunday night. Nick quickly restored my AC and advised a more permanent solution. I am currently convalescent and very much appreciated his patience and kindness. The new system was installed quickly with a minimum disruption. Lisa was wonderful and Travis and crew did a great job. Perfection!

Nick with American Heritage came to my home promptly and remedied my heater issue efficiently and effectively, on the coldest day of the year. He literally saved the day! I typically don’t leave reviews but I was compelled to let others know about the American Heritage Air Conditioning & Heating Solutions Team. I had three other quotes from well known companies and they beat the other companies quotes by thousands of dollars and installed my two new American Standard units. They did an amazing job and saved me so much money. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about replacing their units.
We had American Heritage Air out on Saturday to take a look at our air conditioning condenser. Our technician Scott was great. He replaced a capacitor and also serviced our furnace before it gets too cold. He didn’t try to sell me more parts like so many other companies do. Their prices were lower than other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely be using them in the future when it is time to replace my ac unit.
