I typically don’t leave reviews but I was compelled to let others know about the American Heritage Air Conditioning & Heating Solutions Team. I had three other quotes from well known companies and they beat the other companies quotes by thousands of dollars and installed my two new American Standard units. They did an amazing job and saved me so much money. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about replacing their units.

The only company to respond to an emergency call on a Sunday night. Nick quickly restored my AC and advised a more permanent solution. I am currently convalescent and very much appreciated his patience and kindness. The new system was installed quickly with a minimum disruption. Lisa was wonderful and Travis and crew did a great job. Perfection!

Had another great experience with American Heritage in August 2023. Called them due to temp not dropping to the set temp in thermostats and they picked up the phone on Sunday like a pro. Turned out to be dirty air filters (oops) and Nick explained about aging AC units. Super reliable, not sales driven but customer driven service with a lot of valuable information about potential replacement of our units in the future (our units are about 10 years old). Thank you, Nick and we will be back!
