Homeowner called and stated her two year old Trane furnace would not stay on. The company that installed her unit refused to call her back. We came out and found the the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger on brand new furnace and was releasing carbon monoxide. The company that installed her units did not pull a permit and that is why the homeowner was unaware of the dangerous problem. We replaced her furnace and brought both units up to code and pulled a permit for a city inspection. The homeowner is safe and the furnace is now heating.

Homeowner called requesting a spring maintenance before selling the home. Found the system not cooling properly due to indoor TXV not performing to manufacturing specs. Superheat was found to be at 40 degrees Superheat and should be in range from 8-17 degrees Superheat. TXv needs to be replaced. Also found system missing a locking cap to prevent inhalation of refrigerant.

Homeowner called to have us complete a spring inspection on both air conditioning units. Found his game room HVAC unit condenser fan motor pulling too high of AMPs. We replaced the condenser fan motor, Run capacitor and Armaflex. System is working well and cooling now.

Homeowner called and stated unit was not cooling. Upon inspection found a severely rusted York Evaporator coil. Homeowner decided to replace Heatpump system with a new American Standard Condenser and Air Handler.
