Customer reported furnace intermittently turning on and off on brand new unit. Homeowner thought the furnace may have a bad circuit board but we repaired the furnace by replacing the low voltage fuse which corrected the problem.

Homeowner reported downstair unit not heating. We found the gas valve needed to be replaced unit is now heating.



Homeowner called and stated downstairs unit was not staying on. He was getting an Watchguard Error Code which was accompanied by 7 blinks on the furnace. We came out and discovered the ECM motor in the furnace needed to be replaced. Now the unit is heating and functioning normal.


H/o called and stated furnace would not heat or stay on. After diagnosis, we found the downstairs gas valve needed to be replaced.


H/o stated electric bill was high and D/S unit was not heating. Found defective ignitor and flame sensor that needed to be replaced.


Water was leaking from rusted drain pan causing water damage in the ceiling. We replaced a drain pan on furnace.
