Homeowner called and east side air conditioning unit was not cooling. System was 15 years old and leaking refrigerant. Homeowner decided to replace system with a American Standard Unit. HVAC System is now cooling and comfortable.

Homeowner called and stated Carrier HVAC unit would not come on. Upon diagnosis found condenser fan motor had failed. Replaced condenser fan motor and unit is cooling and functioning well.
