A homeowner in Allen, Texas contacted us because their downstairs air conditioning unit wasn't cooling properly. Our technician performed a thorough diagnosis and discovered a severe leak in the Lennox evaporator coil. The leak was preventing the system from cooling effectively. American Heritage Air replaced the 3.5 ton evaporator coil to restore proper cooling function. After the replacement, the air conditioning system returned to normal operation and is now cooling the home as expected.

I had issue with my HVAC not cooling. I was able to schedule a call with ease. Nick was able to detect the cause and quote me immediately on the work needed to fix. He was transparent about pricing. He’s a local and cares about customers rather than trying to profit off them. I’d give them five stars!
Homeowner called and stated units were not cooling. Upon diagnosis found upstairs unit Dual Run capacitor had failed and the downstairs unit had a leak on the service valve. Repaired service valve and replaced locking caps and added 2 lbs of 410A. Both units are now cooling and functioning properly.
