Homeowner called and informed us her brand new heater was not keeping temperature. Her house was just built within the year and the house was freezing cold. Upon diagnosis we found that the company who installed the units for the builder did not install the correct zoning board and did not hook the units up correctly to 2nd stage heating.

Homeowner called and stated one of his units was clicking on and off. Upon diagnosis we found the system had a bad Dual Run Capacitor and had a minor leak that was repairable. We added 2 lbs of 410A and repaired system leak. System is fully functionable and cooling well.
