Homeowner called and stated her two year old Trane furnace would not stay on. The company that installed her unit refused to call her back. We came out and found the the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger on brand new furnace and was releasing carbon monoxide. The company that installed her units did not pull a permit and that is why the homeowner was unaware of the dangerous problem. We replaced her furnace and brought both units up to code and pulled a permit for a city inspection. The homeowner is safe and the furnace is now heating.

A homeowner in Allen, Texas contacted us because their downstairs air conditioning unit wasn't cooling properly. Our technician performed a thorough diagnosis and discovered a severe leak in the Lennox evaporator coil. The leak was preventing the system from cooling effectively. American Heritage Air replaced the 3.5 ton evaporator coil to restore proper cooling function. After the replacement, the air conditioning system returned to normal operation and is now cooling the home as expected.
